About the Company




  • We are a growing FMCG company engaged in the production, sales, and distribution of consumer goods across multiple markets.

  • As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Manager to drive sales growth, manage operations, and strengthen market presence.



Key Responsibilities

Business & Sales Management:




  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Oversee sales operations, distribution channels, and key customer relationships.

  • Monitor sales performance, targets, and KPIs across regions and channels.

  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.

  • Ensure effective pricing, promotion, and product placement strategies.



Operations & Team Leadership:




  • Supervise sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure efficiency and productivity.

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and operational standards.

  • Prepare business reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.



Financial & Strategic Oversight:




  • Manage budgets, control costs, and improve profitability.

  • Track expenses, margins, and return on investment across business activities.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.

  • Provide strategic recommendations to management based on market insights.



Requirements & Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 - 8 years’ experience in an FMCG, sales-driven, or consumer goods environment.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets.

  • Strong knowledge of distribution networks, route-to-market, and trade marketing.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

  • MBA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
