The People Advisory and Strategy Consultant supports organizations in aligning their people strategy with business objectives. The role focuses on workforce strategy, organizational design, talent management, and change initiatives to improve performance, capability, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients or internal stakeholders on people and workforce strategy aligned to business goals.
Support organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
Contribute to talent management, performance management, and leadership development solutions.
Review and improve HR policies, processes, and operating models.
Use people data and analytics to generate insights and support decision-making.
Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Support client engagement, workshops, and project delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
3–7 years’ experience in HR consulting, people advisory, or strategic HR roles.
Strong understanding of HR strategy, organizational design, and talent practices.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Professional HR certification and postgraduate degree are advantages.
