Job Summary




  • As the CX / Onboarding Specialist, you will support new users through account setup, KYC completion, wallet funding, and first successful transactions.

  • You will help eliminate onboarding friction and provide daily insights to the Growth Lead to improve user experience.



Responsibilities




  • Guide users through onboarding, KYC, account setup, and first transaction

  • Run WhatsApp onboarding flows, follow-ups, and user check-ins

  • Support field onboarding during activations and community events

  • Identify friction points and provide immediate feedback for fixes

  • Track onboarding metrics and maintain documentation of resolutions



Requirements




  • 1 – 3 years experience in customer experience, onboarding, or user support

  • Strong communication and step-by-step guidance ability

  • Experience with fintech products and Nigerian user behavior is a plus

  • Ability to manage multiple users simultaneously with urgency

  • Strong reporting skills and ownership mindset.
