Job Summary




  • As the Growth Lead, you will build and drive a high-performance execution squad focused on rapid user acquisition and activation.

  • You will own growth strategy, experiments, funnel metrics, and cross-functional coordination to achieve strong early traction in the Nigerian market.



Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute a Nigeria-focused growth strategy

  • Lead a small execution team and manage daily standups and sprints

  • Run rapid experiments across digital, influencer, and offline channels

  • Drive users through acquisition, onboarding, KYC, and first transaction

  • Build dashboards, analyze performance data, and report weekly insights



Requirements




  • 4+ years’ experience in Growth, Digital Marketing, or Growth Operations

  • Proven ability to drive traction in Nigeria’s consumer landscape

  • Hands-on experience with campaigns, funnels, and growth tools

  • Proficiency with Jira and ability to brief creative teams

  • Strong ownership mindset, communication, and leadership skills.
