  • Create, edit and distribute correspondence, mass mailings

  • Prepare Proposals to Customer and Do regular Follow up.

  • Process orders via email or phone

  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries

  • Maintain and update sales and customer records

  • Develop monthly sales reports

  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally

  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features

  • Organize and arrange sales meetings and conferences.

  • Coordinate with marketing teams in reaching set goals and objectives.

  • Maintain and manage customer databases.

  • Update customer database with sales orders, delivery, and payment details.

  • Coordinate between sales and purchase departments.

  • Initiate best practices and standards in providing administrative assistance to sales staff.

  • Perform office management duties – mail, phones, security, facilities, parking, ordering office supplies, equipment servicing/maintenance, etc.
