Job Summary

• As part of our commitment to strengthening Africa’s project finance talent pipeline, the STAR Academy is expanding beyond Nigeria and is now open to high-potential individuals from select African countries.


• The programme equips participants with the technical, analytical, and soft skills needed to build impactful careers in clean energy finance.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• A quantitative or analytical background in finance, engineering, sciences, social sciences, or accounting


• Applicants with qualitative backgrounds including law, architecture, or the arts are also encouraged to apply


• ⁠Professional qualifications are an added advantage


• Work experience of 0–2 years
