Role Overview




  • We are hiring an Account Strategist / Coordinator to manage client relationships, protect scope, and ensure seamless execution across all retained accounts.

  • This is a fully onsite role suited for someone comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment, including live-event social media management and real-time execution.



Reports to: Founder & CEO



Key Responsibilities




  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

  • Translate client requests into clear, actionable internal briefs

  • Execute account directives accurately and on time

  • Enforce agreed scope, timelines, and deliverables

  • Coordinate between clients and internal execution teams

  • Manage expectations and prevent scope creep

  • Track deliverables, approvals, and timelines across multiple accounts

  • Oversee execution quality and ensure consistency

  • Escalate strategic or high-risk issues to leadership when required

  • Ensure projects move forward smoothly with minimal friction



Requirements




  • 2–4 years experience in an agency or client-facing role (account management, coordination, or project management)

  • Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills

  • Highly structured, organised, and detail-oriented

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

  • Comfortable working in an execution-driven environment

  • Strong project management capability

  • Solid understanding of marketing and social media

  • Experience working with corporate brands is an advantage

  • Prefer extended debates over timely execution

  • Consistently advocate for vendors or clients at the expense of agreed business goals

  • Require constant reassurance before taking action

  • Have difficulty articulating ideas clearly and professionally

  • Avoid ownership, accountability, or leadership responsibility
