Job Summary




  • We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive with proven hospital or healthcare experience to drive growth, expand partnerships, and increase patient and corporate client engagement.

  • The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working within a hospital or healthcare environment, with a strong understanding of patient acquisition, corporate healthcare partnerships, and healthcare service delivery dynamics.

  • This role is critical to strengthening market presence, increasing patient registration, and achieving sustainable business growth.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities within hospitals and healthcare service settings.

  • Drive patient registration growth and expand corporate healthcare partnerships.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders, corporate clients, HMOs, and referral partners.

  • Develop and present business proposals, partnership agreements, and growth strategies tailored to healthcare organizations.

  • Conduct market research to identify healthcare industry trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.

  • Collaborate closely with management, medical teams, and marketing to align growth strategies with hospital operations.

  • Represent the organization at healthcare events, networking sessions, and industry meetings.



Requirements & Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc./ HND) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • 2–5 years’ experience in business development or sales within a hospital or healthcare setting (this is mandatory).

  • Strong understanding of hospital operations, patient engagement strategies, and healthcare service delivery.

  • Experience working with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, HMOs, or healthcare service providers is highly required.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to meet targets in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
