Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily planning and coordination of NFI activities at the field level.
- Identify NFI gaps through assessments, community engagement, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Support and coordinate periodic NFI distributions to targeted beneficiaries.
- Ensure accurate beneficiary targeting, registration, and verification during distributions.
- Maintain proper documentation of NFI activities including distribution lists, waybills, and reports.
- Work closely with logistics, MEAL, and protection teams to ensure quality and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and humanitarian standards.
- Support post-distribution monitoring and feedback collection.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in NFI or humanitarian field programming.
- Experience working in emergency or displacement settings is an advantage.
- Good understanding of humanitarian principles and Sphere Standards.
- Fluency in English and the ability to speak and understand local language(s).
