Key Responsibilities




  • Conduct daily planning and coordination of NFI activities at the field level.

  • Identify NFI gaps through assessments, community engagement, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

  • Support and coordinate periodic NFI distributions to targeted beneficiaries.

  • Ensure accurate beneficiary targeting, registration, and verification during distributions.

  • Maintain proper documentation of NFI activities including distribution lists, waybills, and reports.

  • Work closely with logistics, MEAL, and protection teams to ensure quality and accountability.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and humanitarian standards.

  • Support post-distribution monitoring and feedback collection.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.



Qualifications & Experience




  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in NFI or humanitarian field programming.

  • Experience working in emergency or displacement settings is an advantage.

  • Good understanding of humanitarian principles and Sphere Standards.

  • Fluency in English and the ability to speak and understand local language(s).
