Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc/ HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience (preferably in FMCG sector)
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure stock availability
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Oversee stock levels and ensure proper documentation of inventory
- Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing inventory transactions
- Conduct regular stock-taking and reconciliation.
