REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of OND or its equivalent 


• Previous experience in field marketing, sales, or customer acquisition. 


• Strong communication and persuasion skills.


• Ability to work independently and meet targets.


• Must be confident, presentable, and goal-oriented.


• Willingness to work outdoors and visit designated field locations.


• Basic understanding of e-commerce, online shopping, or digital platforms is an added advantage.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote the company’s products and services to potential customers in assigned locations.


• Actively engage with individuals, SMEs, and retailers to onboard them onto the company’s e-commerce platform.


• Conduct field surveys and gather market insights to support marketing strategy.


• Distribute flyers, samples, and promotional materials where necessary.


• Drive customer sign-ups, sales conversions, and brand awareness.


• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, leads, and conversions.


• Represent the brand positively and professionally at all times.
