Job Description

• As a Marketing/Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, closng property saes, ard building ong-term relationships with clients You Will play a key role in promotirg our estates driving sales growth, cnd helping clients make informed hvestrnent decisions.

• Actively promote and market the company's real estate products


• Develop and execute and sales strategies to rneet company targets


• Identify new kusiness opportunities and follow on leads


• Conduct property inspections and client site tu-s


• Mmage client inquiries, provide professiorrll montain relationships


• Maintain records of sales activities cmd prepare weekly/monthly reports


• Represent the company at real estate events, expos and opportunities

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minirnum Of HND or BSc in Marketing. Business Admin or related fields


• 1—3 year-s of experience in sales/marketing (real estate experience is a plus)


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills


• Self-rnotivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure

• Ability to build trust and connect with hgh-net-vv0rth individuals


• Must be based in Akua or willing to relocate
