Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Energy Economics, Research, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Additional certifications in Project Management, Research Methodology, or Energy Economics are highly desirable.
Experience:
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, supporting senior executives (preferably a CEO or high-level manager), with at least 3 years focused on research, academic support, or project management in a professional or academic setting.
Proven experience in supporting individuals in academic or research settings, particularly in Energy Economics or related fields (Energy, Finance, Economics, Environmental Policy).
Experience in the banking sector or financial services would be an advantage.
Strong background in managing both administrative and research-related tasks with the ability to switch between different tasks efficiently.
