Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand marketing strategy to strengthen BHL’s market position.
- Recording media coverage and measuring the impact of publicity campaigns on audience engagement.
- Ensuring all marketing materials and communications are consistent with the restaurant's brand identity and messaging.
- Writing publicity content such as press releases, newsletters, speeches, website copy, and leaflets.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Manage the restaurant’s online presence, including website, social media platforms, and online review sites.
- Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels ( e.g, social media, email, in-restaurant promotions).
- Create engaging content for social media and manage social media advertising campaigns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers.
- Write and distribute press releases and other media communications.
- Coordinate and host events, tastings, and visits to generate positive publicity.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints across digital platforms, ensuring and responses.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- You have at least two to five years of work experience
- Must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
