Job Description
We are looking for a professional and resourceful Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director with executive, administrative, and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, and able to manage a dynamic schedule while maintaining exceptional communication and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential emails, correspondence, and communication flows.
- Prepare reports, meeting agendas, briefings, and presentations.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
- Track tasks, follow-ups, and project timelines.
- Support the MD with personal scheduling and errands where required.
Person Specification
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and emotionally intelligent.
- Confident, polished, and professional in all interactions.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications in administration are a plus.
- 2-4 years’ experience as a PA
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace Tools.
- Experience managing executive-level calendars and communication.
- Strong research and document-preparation skills.
