Job Description






We are looking for a professional and resourceful Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director with executive, administrative, and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, and able to manage a dynamic schedule while maintaining exceptional communication and attention to detail.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Handle confidential emails, correspondence, and communication flows.

  • Prepare reports, meeting agendas, briefings, and presentations.

  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.

  • Track tasks, follow-ups, and project timelines.

  • Support the MD with personal scheduling and errands where required.



Person Specification




  • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Discreet, trustworthy, and emotionally intelligent.

  • Confident, polished, and professional in all interactions.

  • Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications in administration are a plus.

  • 2-4 years’ experience as a PA

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace Tools.

  • Experience managing executive-level calendars and communication.

  • Strong research and document-preparation skills.
