Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Spraying Supervisor to oversee all furniture spraying and finishing operations. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality finishes, efficient production flow, proper material usage, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily spraying and finishing activities on the factory floor


• Ensure furniture surfaces are properly prepared, sprayed, and finished to standard


• Monitor quality of paint, lacquer, polish, and finishing outputs


• Allocate work to sprayers and ensure production targets are met


• Control usage of paints, thinners, and finishing materials to reduce waste


• Enforce health and safety procedures in the spraying section


• Inspect finished products and address defects promptly


• Train and guide sprayers on proper techniques and equipment handling

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / Trade Test / Technical Certificate with 4-5 years hands-on experience in furniture spraying and finishing


• At least 2 years supervisory or team lead experience


• Strong knowledge of spray guns, finishes, paints, lacquers, and polish


• Good leadership, attention to detail, and time management skills.
