Abelinis Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Distributor Management System (DMS) Operator. In this role, you will play a critical part in stock allocation, reconciliation, and real-time operational tracking to ensure seamless sales execution and inventory management across the distribution chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock Allocation: Accurately allocate stock to Van Sales Representatives (VSRs) in line with operational requirements.


• Daily Stock Reconciliation: Reconcile stock movement with VSRs to ensure transparency, accountability, and zero variance.


• Counter Sales Tracking: Monitor and report counter sales performance daily to aid in sales forecasting.


• Inventory Management: Conduct frequent stock counts and maintain proper documentation to ensure inventory accuracy.


• Stock Health Monitoring: Ensure optimal stock health at the Key Distributor level, including rotation, ageing checks, and risk alerts.


• Depletion Tracking: Track stock depletion trends to support timely stock replenishment and prevent stockouts.


• Data Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reports on stock levels, depletion, counter sales, and reconciliation activities.


• Collaboration:  Work closely with VSRs, KD managers, and sales leadership to support smooth field operations.

Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc in any relevant discipline


• 1 – 2 years’ experience in administrative, data, or inventory-related roles (FMCG experience is an advantage)


• Strong analytical and numerical skills


• High level of accuracy and attention to detail


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital reporting tools


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively


• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and integrity


• Must be technologically inclined and proficient in data entry systems
