We are seeking a results-driven Equity Sales Specialist to promote and sell equity investment products to institutional and high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent relationship-management skills, and the ability to drive revenue through effective equity sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Market and sell equity products to institutional and individual clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
Provide market insights, equity research summaries, and trade ideas to clients
Execute equity trades in line with client mandates and regulatory requirements
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
Collaborate with research, trading, and portfolio management teams
Monitor market trends and advise clients accordingly
Ensure compliance with SEC and internal policies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
Minimum of 4 years experience in equity sales, capital markets, or stockbroking
Strong understanding of equity markets and investment products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
SEC or relevant capital market certifications (an advantage)
Strong analytical and client-management skills
