About the Role

Our client is an impact-focused organisation delivering time-bound creative, music, and youth-focused programmes. They require a highly organised Project Manager who can take ownership of execution, manage moving parts, and deliver projects to standard — without hand-holding.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both structure and creativity, and who can manage people, timelines, and deliverables under pressure.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver creative and event-based projects end-to-end


• Manage timelines, deliverables, and execution schedules


• Coordinate with creatives, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders


• Track tasks using spreadsheets, checklists, or project trackers


• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within the agreed scope


• Manage on-ground execution for events in Lagos


• Support coordination with sponsors and corporate partners


• Maintain clear communication across all project stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in project management, event production, or programme delivery


• Demonstrated ability to deliver time-bound projects


• Strong organisational and follow-through skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication


• Comfortable using project management tools (spreadsheets, trackers, checklists)


• Experience working with multiple stakeholders under deadlines


• Experience delivering events in Lagos


• Familiarity with creative, music, or youth-focused programmes


• Experience coordinating with sponsors or corporate partners is a strong advantage
