Role Summary

• Lead fundraising and partnership efforts to secure sustainable funding for programmes and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a fundraising strategy


• Build and manage relationships with donors, foundations, and corporate partners


• Research, prepare, and submit grant applications


• Manage donor pipelines, databases, and reporting


• Support strategic partnerships and represent the NGO at events


• Collaborate with internal teams on fundable initiatives

Key Requirements

• 5–8 years in fundraising, partnerships, or development


• Proven success securing grants and funding


• Strong proposal writing and relationship-building skills


• Knowledge of the African funding ecosystem


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Salary

N250,000 per month.
