Job Description
- Increasing brand awareness and marketing productsthrough various marketing techniques.
- Work with management to create new opportunities for growth.
- Account managing and retaining a portfolio of key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implementing marketing strategies by collecting client feedback, studying market trends, and conducting competitors’ analyses.
- Reservation for hotel and create itinerary and local attraction for the tours according to meet customers'/ travel agents' requirements.
- interacts with local travel agents and oversea travel agents.
- Provideservice to customers by answering questions, providing information, making referrals, and assuring appropriate follow-through and/or resolution
- Help to make and confirm reservations.
- Take passenger travel details
- Make a reservation and confirm your seat till point of issuance
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the related field of the travel industry
- Able to use any GDS Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabe.
