- Welcome and greet visitors and clients in friendly and proffessional manner
- Queue patients using the Electronic Medical Records System.
- Answer and direct phonecalls to appropriate individuals
- Recieve, sought and distribute mails
- Maintain a clean organised reception
- Assist with other administrative duties
- Schedulled appointments and meetings for managmen
- Manage enquiries and provide information about the organisation services.
- Respond to patients inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, and social media messages.
- Handle order processing, confirmations, and customer follow-ups.
- Address complaints and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of patients interactions and feedback.
- Escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Support customer retention through positive service experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in any discipline
- Computer literacy
- Previous experience in customer service or client relations is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Professional, polite, and customer-focused attitude.

Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 monthly.
