Responsibilities




  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager based in Lagos State, Nigeria.

  • The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities within the designated zone, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

  • The role involves working closely with the distribution network, analyzing market trends, and providing regular sales reports to senior management.

  • The Zonal Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring the sales team to ensure optimal performance.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 5+ years experience in the Alcohol beverage is essential.

  • Proven experience in sales management, sales strategy development, and customer relationship management

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to make informed decisions

  • Proficient in using sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
