Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth in Benin.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, managing client relationships, executing sales strategies and contributing to overall brand performance in the region.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Benin markets to expand customer base and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, wholesalers, and distributors to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets, ensuring consistent product availability and visibility across the territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to provide actionable insights that support sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct product presentations, coordinate roadshows, and participate in promotional campaigns to increase product awareness and boost sales.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance, market activities, stock levels, and customer feedback to management.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., logistics, customer service) to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolution of client issues.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Benin market and its distribution channels.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Candidate must reside in Benin.
