Glovo is looking for a passionate, proactive, data-driven and hands-on professional to support our Operations department in Nigeria. You will act and operate as a startup within a startup, providing both strategic thinking and analytical skills to help build excellence in Operations



Be a Part Of a Team Where You Will

• Be part of the Nigeria Operations Team, and help them taking decisions that will shape the future of our business


• Translate business queries into quantified & insightful reporting and KPIs to assess performance and determine the effectiveness of the implemented initiatives


• Define and design dashboards to give visibility to the top management of the country team


• Assist colleagues in gaining access to the right data


• Ensure these tools are scalable and up-to-date


• Give life to your craziest ideas and have an immediate impact


• Report to the Head of Operations Nigeria


• Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

You Have

• Background studies in Engineering, Operations Research, Physics, Economics, Computer Science, or Mathematics


• 1-2 years of experience working on analytics in a similar/relevant industry


• Ability to summarize and represent data.


• Ability to create robust, insightful, and story-telling visualizations using modern BI & Analytics tools and ability to identify data Issues.


• You are eager to learn, hungry for knowledge, and want to work towards growing in your career from day one.


• You are independent in solving problems within your own capabilities and proactive to ask for support when the task is beyond your own expertise


• An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
