Our client is a leading provider of world-class primary healthcare services for over 20 years in Lagos, Nigeria with the aim of providing prompt, efficient and high-quality healthcare services to all our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide ideas and recommendations to optimize developing and completing marketing projects aligned to the clinic's goals and values.
- Manage and maintain website administration including content management, site map and navigation to improve Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and user experience/ engagement.
- Collaborate with all departments in the clinic and external stakeholders to develop and maintain best-in-class web pages and digital experiences.
- Support the clinic with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, events, social media and corporate programs.
- Liaise with management and event teams to create in-house awareness of ongoing activities.
- Develop and create all email and social media content, including creating blogs, videos and posting on social media (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter) on a weekly basis.
- Submit all editorial content to manager(s) to proof-read at least 24 hours prior to posting and sending emails.
- Maintain a monthly project calendar, track and report on marketing activities and their effectiveness, and ensure that all deadlines are met.
- Monitor online reputation of the clinic on social media and google searches amongst other outlets.
- Oversee office televisions and wallboards by recommending updates and enhancements on the clinic and its practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required) and Master’s degree (preferred) in Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics, Business or a related field required
- 1-3 years of related experience in business, promotional sales, customer service or a related field preferred
- Exceptional experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS platforms) and Client Relationship Management (CRM platform)
- Technical skills (e.g. Google Analytics, HTML, Drupal, Wordpress)
- Strong knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Some knowledge and understanding of patient-centric UX sensibility
- Familiarity with marketing campaign analytics and social media analytics
- Familiarity with SiteImprove - Strong knowledge of digital-marketing, internet regulations and the role they play in the health care industry
