We’re on the lookout for an experienced People Lead who will partner with the business to ensure operational effectiveness and optimal management of the human capital in the business within Nigeria. Delivery and overall compliance and provide functional leadership to



the international HR community.



As a People Lead you will be responsible for:

• Effective Systems and Administration across Business Units within Nigeria.


• Effective Capacity Planning and Employment


• Effective Organisational Development


• Effective Management of Employee Relations


• Effective Management of Projects to achieve standardization across the business


• Effective Self-Management

What are we looking for?



To qualify for this role, you should:

• Hold a higher relevant Degree in HR Management


• 7-10 years generalist experience covering the broad area of the job, preferably in a service related or FMCG environment
