Job Summary




  • We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to design, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns that enhance the hotel’s brand visibility, attract new guests, and drive bookings.

  • The ideal candidate will be skilled in digital marketing strategies, content creation, and data-driven decision-making.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, websites, and online advertising platforms.

  • Manage and grow the hotel’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

  • Create engaging content (graphics, videos, posts, blogs) to promote the hotel’s services, events, and promotions.

  • Optimize the hotel’s website and online listings for search engines (SEO/SEM).

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.

  • Collaborate with the sales and reservations team to boost online bookings.

  • Manage hotel listings on OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) like Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb.

  • Track trends in digital marketing and hospitality to recommend innovative strategies.

  • Build and manage the hotel’s online reputation, including responding to reviews and guest feedback on digital platforms.

  • Prepare monthly marketing reports to measure ROI and suggest improvements.



Qualifications & Skills




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (2 - 4 years) in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content creation, and email campaigns.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms.

  • Excellent writing, communication, and creative design skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
