We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to design, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns that enhance the hotel’s brand visibility, attract new guests, and drive bookings.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in digital marketing strategies, content creation, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, websites, and online advertising platforms.
Manage and grow the hotel’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Create engaging content (graphics, videos, posts, blogs) to promote the hotel’s services, events, and promotions.
Optimize the hotel’s website and online listings for search engines (SEO/SEM).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
Collaborate with the sales and reservations team to boost online bookings.
Manage hotel listings on OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) like Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb.
Track trends in digital marketing and hospitality to recommend innovative strategies.
Build and manage the hotel’s online reputation, including responding to reviews and guest feedback on digital platforms.
Prepare monthly marketing reports to measure ROI and suggest improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (2 - 4 years) in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content creation, and email campaigns.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms.
Excellent writing, communication, and creative design skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
