About the Role
- The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost estimation, measurement, billing, and contract administration to ensure effective cost control and timely execution of project works.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates
- Measure and certify contractor bills (RA / final bills)
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations
- Prepare and verify rate analysis and extra item claims
- Assist in tendering, comparison, and contract finalization
- Maintain measurement books and related documentation
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Support cost control and reporting to management
Qualifications & Experience
- Candidates should possess a Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying with 3–6years of relevant experience in construction / infrastructure / mining projects
- Experience in billing, estimation, and contract management.
