Job Description
- The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in SME lending, a robust local network and a passion for enabling business growth by providing financial solutions to business owners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strengthen SME sales mechanism and sales force management
- Assist bank in developing new distribution channels.
- Acquire and manage SME clients.
- Strengthen SME lending operations and loan processing
- Build customer understanding through market research.
- Monitor market development for SME loan products.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field
- 2+ years of banking /SME Lending experience
- Proven sales and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
