The Senior Facility Supervisor will provide strategic oversight and leadership for Facility Supervisors implementing the project across multiple health facilities.
This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality execution of project activities, strengthening supervisory systems, maintaining data integrity, and supporting adherence to clinical and digital health protocols.
The Senior Facility Supervisor will act as a key link between facility-level operations and project leadership, ensuring consistent standards in maternal health monitoring, including preeclampsia and other pregnancy-related conditions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in health sciences, biological sciences, public health, or a related discipline.
Additional certifications in health, project management, monitoring and evaluation, or digital health are an added advantage.
