  • Participate in annual physical inventory and surprise checks.

  • Investigate discrepancies and prepare variance reports with root cause analysis.

Costing & Production Support

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare inventory reconciliation statements, aging analysis, and reports on slow-moving/obsolete inventory.

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.

  • Provide inventory-related data for internal and external audits.

Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with stores, production, procurement, and finance teams.

  • Act as the finance point of contact for inventory and material management matters.

Qualifications & Experience

  • B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (Professional certification such as ACA / ACCA preferred).

  • 3–7 years of experience in inventory accounting in manufacturing (preferably Sugar Industry, FMCG, or continuous process manufacturing).

  • Ability to work under pressure in continuous operations.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing flows in 24/7 operations.
