Job Overview
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall management of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experience, operational efficiency, staff performance, and profitability. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and food quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve complaints
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Monitor inventory, manage supplies, and control operational costs
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Prepare operational reports and track performance metrics
- Coordinate promotional and marketing activities to drive customer traffic
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment

Qualifications

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Professional certifications in hospitality management are an advantage
