Responsibilities:




  • Prospect, acquire and meet Commercial loan sales target.

  • Grow borrowings (Deposit liability) in line with set target.

  • Act as a point of escalation for clients and the client service teams, ensuring the best-in-class service is constantly being delivered.

  • Complete KYC requirements within prescribed timeframes and ensure existing records remain current.

  • Identify market trends, industry opportunities, and competitive threats to formulate effective business development strategies.



Qualifications:




  • First degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance and related courses

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in commercial sales, Marketing, Sales, or Business Development related roles.

  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of commercial products/services and market dynamics

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.

  • Candidate must have good knowledge with a proven record of Credit/Risk Analysis Aggressive persuasion, resilience, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong presentation, organizational, prioritization, time, and task management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, problem-solving, multi-tasking skills and people skills.
