Role Overview

• We are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our team as Client Engagement Specialists. In this role, you will be able to identify and engage potential clients for our nano-grid solutions, qualify leads, and manage ongoing relationships to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients for EcoGrid’s nano-grid solutions.


• Qualify leads to ensure alignment with our products and services.


• Present and promote EcoGrid offerings tailored to client needs.


• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.


• Achieve monthly targets and report progress to team leads.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Self-motivated, confident, and proactive in client engagement.


• Willingness to work in the field and travel as required.


• Previous experience in a client engagement or customer-facing role is an advantage (not compulsory).
