Job Summary

• ‎Sky Rock Hotels is seeking a diligent and reliable Kitchen Cleanerto maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment.


• The ideal candidate will support kitchen operations by ensuring all cleaning and sanitation standards are consistently met in line with hotel and food safety regulations.

‎Key Responsibilities

• ‎Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, walls, drains, work surfaces, and equipment.


• ‎Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans as required.


• ‎Properly dispose of waste and ensure garbage areas are kept clean at all times.


• ‎Maintain cleanliness of storage areas, refrigerators, and freezers.


• ‎Follow established hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.


• ‎Assist kitchen staff with basic non-cooking tasks when required.


• ‎Ensure cleaning supplies and tools are used correctly and stored properly.


• ‎Report any damaged equipment, hazards, or maintenance issues to the Kitchen Supervisor.

‎Requirements and Qualifications

• ‎Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is an advantage but not mandatory.


• ‎SSCE or any educational qualification


• ‎Basic knowledge of food hygiene and cleanliness standards.


• ‎Ability to work long hours and stand for extended periods.


• ‎Physically fit and able to handle cleaning equipment and materials.


• ‎Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented.


• ‎Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
