Job Summary:
- The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing DrugStoc’s digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation within the pharmaceutical and healthcare provider space.
- The role involves managing multiple digital channels, analyzing performance data to optimize campaigns, and ensuring strong ROI while maintaining consistent brand messaging aligned with company growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Optimize website and content to improve organic search visibility (SEO).
- Collaborate with the Communications/Content team to develop engaging digital content.
- Manage social media profiles, schedule posts, engage audiences, and grow followership.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Oversee paid advertising initiatives (Google Ads, social media ads).
- Monitor web analytics, user behavior, conversion performance, and digital funnels.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent and timely campaign delivery.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign and web performance.
- Proficiency in SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong writing and creative skills for ads, social posts, and email content.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the B2B healthcare/pharmaceutical market.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2–4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Proven success in executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in web analytics and digital advertising platforms.
- Strong ability to make data-driven decisions.
