We are seeking a Plant Operator to manage daily production activities, monitor equipment performance, and ensure consistent output quality in the plant.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plant equipment safely and efficiently.


• Maintain optimal water levels and ensure product quality standards.


• Report equipment faults or irregularities to supervisors immediately.


• Keep accurate records.


• Adhere strictly to safety and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND or Technical Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.


• Prior experience of 3 – 5 years in plant operations or manufacturing is an advantage.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures.
