ROLE SUMMARY
- This role accelerates execution of the organization’s ESG roadmap by operationalizing sustainability initiatives, ensuring data integrity, regulatory alignment, and enterprise-wide capability building.
- The associate will manage reporting cycles, compliance frameworks, and program coordination to strengthen the company’s overall sustainability performance.
Key Responsibilities
ESG Strategy Execution & Monitoring
- Support rollout and monitoring of the company’s ESG roadmap.
- Track ESG KPIs and consolidate sustainability data across the enterprise.
- Support audits, assurance cycles, and ESG due diligence activities.
Reporting, Disclosure & Compliance
- Lead ESG data collection and contribute to sustainability reports and disclosures.
- Monitor evolving global and local regulations and provide actionable compliance insights.
- Maintain ESG reporting templates, processes, and governance tools.
Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment
- Participate in ESG forums, regulatory engagements, and industry networks.
- Support internal capability-building, awareness sessions, and training.
- Coordinate ESG engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
Program Coordination & Delivery
- Coordinate ESG-related programs aligned with corporate sustainability objectives.
- Track milestones, risks, and performance metrics for sustainability workstreams.
- Ensure alignment between ESG priorities and broader organizational strategy.
Job Requirement
Skills & Requirements:
Experience / Qualification:
- Bachelors in Sustainability, Economics, Engineering, Geosciences, Business, or related field; Master’s an advantage.
- 5–10 years’ experience in sustainability/ESG, regulatory compliance, or strategy.
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, IPIECA).
