As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and helping clients find their dream properties. This role is perfect for someone who’s ambitious, persuasive, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and follow up on sales inquiries.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct property presentations and site inspections.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales strategies.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service before and after closing deals.
Requirements
Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or client relationship management (real estate experience is an added advantage).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
