Job Summary

• As the Group Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for providing group-wide leadership and oversight of the compliance function.


• You will ensure that all entities operate in full compliance with regulatory requirements, including CBN, NFIU, and AML/CFT regulations, while maintaining strong governance, ethical standards, and regulatory relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive group-wide compliance framework, including AML/CFT, KYC, and sanctions policies


• Provide regulatory guidance and oversight across all subsidiaries, ensuring consistent compliance standards


• Represent the group in engagements with regulators and oversee regulatory examinations and reporting


• Lead compliance monitoring, investigations, training programs, and remediation of identified gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA required)


• Professional compliance certification such as CAMS or ICA Diploma is required


• Minimum of 10–12 years’ experience in compliance within a regulated financial institution, including group-level oversight


• Strong expertise in CBN regulations, AML/CFT frameworks, and regulatory reporting requirements.
