Role Overview:




  • The Senior Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing the procurement process, vendor relationships, and sourcing strategies to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality supply of goods and services.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing.

  • Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to achieve cost savings.

  • Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and regulatory standards.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid shortages.

  • Prepare procurement reports, forecasts, and documentation.

  • Track market trends and supplier performance to support strategic decisions.



Requirements & Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain roles.

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

  • Proficiency in procurement tools and Microsoft Office.

  • Must be based in Lagos or willing to relocate.
