Job Description

• Provide firstlevel support to staff on hardware, software, network, and System issues.


• Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.


• Resolve user login issues, email problems, and software errors.


• Assist with network monitoring and basic troubleshooting (WiFi, LAN, routers, switches).


• Support in maintaining internet connectivity and reporting downtime.


• Install and update operating systems and approved applications.


• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment (laptops, other equipment).


• Assist with routine system updates, antivirus checks, and patches.


• Create user accounts for staff in the local domain, Gsuite and Sophos Firewall.


• Document configurations, procedures, and asset records.


• Setup BitLocker Encryption on all laptops.


• Assist with backups and basic data recovery processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or Engineering.


• Minimum of one year experience in related role.
