Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
- The Key Sales Account Manager (Enterprise) is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers at key accounts.
- Meet and exceed yearly sales target.
- Formulate strategic account penetration plans.
- Analyze customer needs and propose solutions.
- Search for new clients and maintain prospect database.
- Play an integral role in new business pitches and onboarding of new clients.
- Write business plans for current and opportunity tender business.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers.
- Manage and interpret customer requirements.
- Negotiate tender and contract terms.
- Administer client accounts.
- Analyze costs and sales.
- Record and maintain client contact data.
- Act as key interface between the customer and company divisions.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- University Degree in Computer/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Computer Science.
- 3–5 years of field sales/account management experience with an ICT Solutions Provider.
- Experience in Enterprise Solutions.
- Knowledge of Juniper, Blue Coat, F5, Cisco, and VMware is an advantage.
