Job Summary
Apple and Pears Limited, a manufacturing company, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, and finished goods within our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will ensure accurate inventory records and efficient store operations.
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and properly store materials, supplies, and spare parts
- Issue materials to production and other departments in line with approved requests
- Maintain accurate inventory records, bin cards, and stock registers
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies
- Conduct regular stock counts and participate in periodic stock audits
- Ensure proper storage conditions and housekeeping within the store
- Prepare inventory reports and support inventory planning
- Adhere to company policies, safety, and hygiene standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/OND in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar inventory management role within a manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock management procedures
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Basic computer skills (inventory systems or MS Excel is an advantage)
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
Residency Requirement
- Candidates must reside in Sagamu, Ogun State, or nearby environs.
