Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety.
Plan and execute daily/weekly menus based on staff needs.
Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control.
Inspect and manage ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality.
Coordinate with procurement for timely supply of food items.
Properly store, label, and preserve ingredients and cooked meals.
Keep the kitchen, equipment, and workstations clean and organized.
