The Customer Sales Officer is a full-time, office-based role focused on achieving measurable sales results through effective client engagement, communication, and conversion. This role does not require outdoor marketing; rather, it requires a candidate with strong persuasive and communication skills who can convert generated leads into paying clients through follow-up, negotiation, and excellent service delivery.
This is a strictly result-driven position designed for individuals who are motivated by performance, accountability, and growth. The company operates a “no result, no reward” policy, where compensation is directly tied to measurable outcomes.
The role offers a ₦100,000 basic monthly salary, which is performance-dependent and sustained only through consistent achievement of monthly sales objectives. In addition, officers are entitled to attractive commissions based on total confirmed sales, structured as follows:
1.5% commission on total sales value for up to 9 confirmed sales per month.
2.5% commission on total sales value for more than 9 confirmed sales per month.
This model ensures that high-performing sales officers earn significantly higher rewards, reflecting both effort and delivery.
