About the Role

• We are a fast-growing skincare retail brand with an active online presence and a physical store. We are looking for an In-House Graphic Designer who understands skincare aesthetics, works very fast, and can maintain strong visual consistency across all platforms.


• This role is for someone who can think in themes, collections, and brand alignment — not just random designs.


• You will be responsible for website banners, Instagram graphics, promotional visuals, and branding consistency, working closely with the Operations and Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design website banners (homepage, promos, collections)


• Create Instagram content (posts, carousels, promo graphics)


• Develop themed design sets for campaigns and product drops


• Maintain brand consistency across all visuals


• Support new branding ideas and visual refreshes when needed


• Quickly turn around designs for promotions and campaigns


• Work closely with internal teams to execute ideas fast

Requirements

• Strong experience designing for skincare or beauty brands


• Excellent sense of branding, layout, and color usage


• Ability to work very fast without compromising quality


• Comfortable creating multiple designs daily when required


• Skilled in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, etc.)


• Ability to follow and expand existing brand guidelines


• Ready to start immediately
