The Client Relationship Personnel will serve as the primary point of contact for building, maintaining, and strengthening referral relationships for a designated location. This role is central to developing trust with hospitals, physicians, schools, and community partners to ensure a strong referral pipeline that converts to clients. The Client Relationship Personnel will collaborate closely with marketing and clinical teams, ensuring regular communication with referral sources and accurate reporting of outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, schools, physicians, therapists, and community organizations in the assigned location.
Serve as the communication link between the company and referral partners by providing updates (with proper release of information) and nurturing trust.
Proactively reach out to referral sources who have engaged with the company previously, scheduling follow-ups and check-ins to reinforce relationships.
Track and document all referral contacts, including organizations reached, names of key individuals, referrals made, and follow-up actions in the referral database.
Collaborate with the marketing team to share outreach materials and coordinate referral engagement efforts for assigned location.
Directly engage referral partners (via calls or emails) to request reviews and testimonials, ensuring feedback is captured and shared appropriately.
Provide consistent updates and reports to leadership on referral activities, outcomes, and opportunities for growth.
Support the development and implementation of outreach campaigns, scripts, and materials in collaboration with internal teams.
Identify, map, and prioritize referral sources within the catchment area to strengthen local engagement.
Carry out any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor to support the success of the referral pipeline and overall organizational goals.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must speak fluent, professional English with clear diction and neutral/accented delivery suitable for U.S market.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport across different professional groups.
Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Comfortable with phone, email, and virtual communications as the primary outreach methods.
Prior experience in healthcare relations, referral development, education, or community outreach is preferred.
Ability to collaborate with marketing and clinical teams while working independently on daily tasks.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience may substitute.
