The Digital Banking Growth Manager (nVault Manager) leads the growth, performance, and continuous evolution of the bank’s mobile banking app. The role blends digital banking, product management, growth marketing, analytics, and partnerships. The Manager oversees the product lifecycle, app store performance, feature rollouts, user acquisition, engagement, and monetization, acting as the link between the product, customers, and the market.
Key Responsibilities
Own customer acquisition, activation, transaction growth, and revenue targets for the nVault digital banking platform.
Drive sales of nVault services (transfers, bill payments, savings, loans, investments) across digital channels, branches, field teams, and partners.
Develop and execute sales-led growth strategies, optimizing conversion funnels from sign-up to active, transacting customers to increase usage, frequency, and wallet share.
Position nVault as a primary sales channel by enabling branch, relationship management, and field teams with sales playbooks, training, tools, and incentive structures.
Lead go-to-market execution for new features, offers, and promotions, translating product capabilities into clear, compelling customer value propositions.
Support large-scale and institutional onboarding (salary accounts, SMEs, cooperatives, associations, and enterprises).
Build and manage strategic partnerships to drive bulk onboarding, ecosystem expansion, and revenue growth.
Monitor and optimize sales and growth performance metrics, using data insights to improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer experience.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless sales execution, regulatory compliance, and service excellence.
Qualifications
5 years’ experience in sales, digital banking, fintech, or commercial growth roles.
Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, usage, or revenue growth through digital channels.
Experience working with branch networks, field sales, or agent-led distribution models is an advantage.
